Navigating Fear and Identity Shifts
For Lacey, success came with stories: that she had to hustle to prove her worth, that shifting careers would mean failure, and that letting go would lead to ruin. “I was stuck in doom spirals,” she shares. “We tell ourselves that if we change, we’ll end up on the street.”
