Danielle is the co-founder and CEO of The Helm. Prior to launching this business, Wilkie served as President, Customer Success for Compass, Inc., a national real estate company, where she launched Coaching at Compass. She also served as President, Central Operations where she oversaw an organization of more than 5,000 staff and agents and was named an officer of the company at its IPO in April 2021.
Prior to Compass, she served as Senior Vice President, Marketing for Craftsy (purchased by NBCUniversal), and led product development and marketing at NetQuote (sold to Bankrate), Angi (f/k/a HomeAdvisor and sold to IAC) and SafeRent (sold to CoreLogic).
Danielle’s coaching is centered on supporting women through professional transitions by leveraging Conscious Leadership principles. As one client shared, “With your help I feel like I’ve reclaimed ownership for my success and have a much more proactive, growth-oriented mindset.”
Wilkie holds an MBA from University of Colorado and a BA from Smith College. She serves as a strategic equity advisor with Rice Park Capital Group and is an instructor with The University of Chicago.

The Helm's Agent CEO Forum, created and led by co-founders Danielle Wilkie & Heather Frick helps small groups of seasoned women leaders tackle these challenges with sophisticated guidance and connection with true peers.

How It Works
Our groups run in 12 month cycles and include:
- Two in-person events: Denver, CO (2 nights, one day) & San Miguel de Allende (4 nights, three days)
- Virtual meetings - one two-hour meeting a month
- Ongoing group chat
- Enneagram personality typing & consult
- 3 1-on-1 coaching sessions
