My Coaching DNA
Danielle is the co-founder and CEO of The Helm. Prior to launching this business, Wilkie served as President, Customer Success for Compass, Inc., a national real estate company, where she launched Coaching at Compass. She also served as President, Central Operations where she oversaw an organization of more than 5,000 staff and agents and was named an officer of the company at its IPO in April 2021.
Prior to Compass, she served as Senior Vice President, Marketing for Craftsy (purchased by NBCUniversal), and led product development and marketing at NetQuote (sold to Bankrate), Angi (f/k/a HomeAdvisor and sold to IAC) and SafeRent (sold to CoreLogic).
Danielle’s coaching is centered on supporting women through professional transitions by leveraging Conscious Leadership principles. As one client shared, “With your help I feel like I’ve reclaimed ownership for my success and have a much more proactive, growth-oriented mindset.”
Wilkie holds an MBA from University of Colorado and a BA from Smith College. She serves as a strategic equity advisor with Rice Park Capital Group and is an instructor with The University of Chicago.

We started this forum because we consistently heard three things from women agents at the top:
- "I'm at the top of my game and yet never felt more alone." Unlike other industries where finding peer collaborators locally is easy, in real estate, these are often your biggest competitors.
- "I'm not sharing the real real." For those that have found peers to lean on, they still weren’t sharing the real, real of their lives. Because the next deal / referral can come from anywhere, they still were locked behind their always on persona.
- "The question of 'what's next' is getting louder and louder." Questions like - do I buy another business? Do I sell mine? Should I have a succession plan? Do I want to start a coaching business? What do I really want? Yet there seems to be NO time to explore this.
The Helm's Conscious Agent CEO Forum, created and led by co-founders Danielle Wilkie & Heather Frick helps small groups of seasoned women leaders tackle these bigger questions with sophisticated guidance and connection with true peers.

Duration
Our program last 12 months and includes:
- Three in-person events in Denver, CO: two-night,1-day workshops
- Virtual meetings - 90 minutes monthly
- Weekly audio check-ins and ongoing chat group
- 4 1-on-1 coaching sessions
In 2025, we are offering two groups - one that begins in February and another that starts in August.
