You’ve built an extraordinary business.
You’ve got a network for everything.
You’ve tried all the coaching.
It’s time for something different
The Agent CEO Forum is an exclusive leadership experience for high-producing women real estate team leaders. This is not another noisy webinar, hype-fueled conference, how-to checklist, weekly accountability call or one-size-fits-all coaching program.
You have long outgrown all that.
This is a curated group of no more than six exceptional women designed to give you:
A trusted braintrust
for in-the-moment tactical gut checks
A strategic partner circle
to navigate strategic business choices
A personal leadership mirror
to reconnect you with your deepest motivations
This is for women who are ready to stop going it alone—and start growing alongside the best.
Who This is For
- In real estate, your potential peers are often your competitors
- Most events feel chaotic, loud, or bro-y.
- You’ve outgrown the firehose.
- And curated, high-caliber coaching still feels impossible to find.

Requirements:
- 15+ years in the business
- Leads a team of 3-5 people
- Averages more than $1M GCI annually
- Seeking thoughtful spaces and people who actually get it
- Ready for more radical self-inquiry
If you’ve said any of the following, you belong here:
“I’ve built a successful business—but my ambition is waning.”
“I’m craving real depth, real peers, and real perspective.”
“I want elegance, clarity, and growth—not chaos.”
The Experience
Agent CEO Forum can be described as YPO (Young President’s Organization) meets RE Mastermind meets Intensive Group Coaching. Or, as one woman described it, “There’s nothing else out there like this.” It’s a year-long, hybrid virtual and in-person program rooted in The Helm Method™.

The Helm Method™
The Helm Method™ was created by two seasoned C-Suite executives with executive coaching and real estate leadership expertise. It’s woven into the Agent CEO Forum and includes the following three pillars:
- Alignment over Autopilot - reconnecting with what YOU want rather than what you think you SHOULD want. Alignment is what happens when you stop performing and start listening. Reconnecting the “inside” to the “outside” to rediscover your energy
- Presence over Reactivity - unhooking from automatic responses. Lead yourself with conscious awareness rather than old habits, default reactions, or fear-based loops.
- Empowerment over Victimhood - moving from a life of “to me” vs. a life of “by me.” Learning to “own your part” and leveraging real-world strategies to help you shift when you are ready.

FAQs
1. How do I know this is for me?
If you’re a woman with 15+ years in the real estate business, running a high-performing team or solo business, and craving a circle of equally sharp, experienced women—this is for you. You’ve likely outgrown traditional coaching. You’re looking for strategy, not scripts. Insight, not ego. Peers who challenge you, not compete with you. If you’ve ever said “I’m successful but I’m alone in it,” this is the room you’ve been waiting for.
2. How would I know this ISN’T for me?
This is not a DIY mastermind or another referral network. This is not a one-sized fits all coaching program. This is not a social club. This is for women who are committed to their personal and professional development and aren’t afraid of “doing their own work” to make that happen. Of course we’re going to have fun together along the way but we’re here for the real real and that takes commitment.
3. What is the application process?
First we ask that you fill out the application on our site. We then schedule a call to understand your goals and answer questions to determine if there is a mutual fit. We will have a limited number of spots but are keeping a waiting list for future groups.
4. What makes this different from other mastermind or coaching programs?
Three things:
- Curation: Every woman is hand-selected. We don’t “scale” this—because that’s the opposite of what you need. We prioritize chemistry and caliber over volume.
- The Helm Method: We use proven leadership frameworks adapted from C-suite coaching, not recycled sales tactics. This is about sustainable growth and meaningful alignment—not short-term wins.
Hybrid Design: Two in-person retreats anchor the year, with monthly virtual sessions and weekly prompts. There’s structure and spaciousness—so the experience supports your life and business, not competes with it.
5. How much time can I expect to commit?
About 2-3 hours per month, plus three in-person retreats. This includes:
- 75 minute virtual calls monthly
- Some light prep or journaling (you’ll actually look forward to it)
- Peer conversations or mastermind gut checks
- Three trips (July 2025, February 2026 + June 2026)
This is not a time-suck—it’s a space-maker. Women say they gain time through clarity and better decision-making.
6. Can I apply if I don’t lead a team?
Absolutely. Leadership isn’t just about team size—it’s about mindset, influence, and ambition. However, you must meet the average annual production and years in business requirements.
7. Why only six women?
Because real trust, real feedback, and real growth don’t happen in big crowds. Six is intimate enough to go deep—and powerful enough to be dynamic. You’ll know everyone’s business, leadership style, and goals—and they’ll know yours.
8. What happens after I apply?
Once you submit your application, we’ll schedule a short conversation to get to know you better and ensure the right fit. If accepted, you’ll receive a welcome kit with key dates, travel info, and pre-work (don’t worry, it’s not too much).
9. What if I’m already doing other coaching?
Great. This forum complements—not competes with—other coaching you may be doing. But be warned: it may become your favorite room.
10. Do I need to know anything about The Helm Method™ to join?
Not at all. We’ll guide you through the frameworks step-by-step. All you need is an open mind, a willingness to be real, and a hunger for deeper understanding and connection with yourself and others.
11. I’m intrigued, but nervous. How do I know this is the right fit?
Honestly? You probably already know.
If your gut is saying “this is what I’ve been craving,” trust that. You’ve done the loud events, the crowded masterminds, the weekly accountability coaching. You’re not looking for more noise. You’re looking for your people—and a space to grow without burning out. This is that space.
12. I would love to join but can’t make one of the in-person sessions. Can I still apply?
Unfortunately, no. While there is some flexibility on the monthly virtual sessions, we have found it to be critical for everyone to be in person together. This is an experience that only works when each member shows up and fully engages.
13. What if it turns out this isn’t a fit? Do you offer refunds?
We’re intentional about fit before the program begins—through the application, a personal conversation, and thoughtful cohort curation. This ensures each group is aligned from the start.
Because of the intimate nature of the Forum, the in-person investments and the limited seats available, we do not offer refunds once accepted and enrolled. However, we’re deeply committed to the experience and your growth. If you ever feel misaligned or unsure, we’ll have an open-door conversation to support you.
Bottom line: This is a high-touch, high-integrity space. We expect commitment, and we honor yours in return.
